make apartment living more comfortable and convenient. University Place is the only off campus complex with a private pedestrian crossing directly onto Winthrop's campus. UP is also convenient to downtown, shopping,
entertainment, the interstate, and more! Location is certainly one of our greatest amenities!

University Place offers state-of-the-art facilities. We are proud to provide furnished apartments with private bedrooms, full kitchens, and high speed internet access. Utilities are included in your rent, and deposits to local
utility companies are not required! UP also features study rooms, laundry facilities on each floor, an entertainment room with a 60" television, a lounge, and a game room with pool tables!

University Place is not associated with Winthrop's on campus housing, which means meal plans are not required. UP is locally owned and operated, and a caring and helpful staff member is always on-hand to assist you.
